  • We offer a 14-day return policy on all items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not show signs of excessive wear. Certain items, such as opened accessories, may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us or visit our store. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Orders typically ship within one business day. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

    UPS Ground: Typically 3 to 7 business days

    UPS 2nd Day Air: Typically 2 business days

    UPS Next Day Air: Typically the following business day

    You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

  • Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping fees may apply, and delivery times can vary. For international shipments, we require the use of a U.S.-based forwarding address. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.

  • Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it within a few hours. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, before a shipping label is created. Once the shipping label has been generated, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the damage or defect. We will assist you with a replacement, refund, or repair, depending on the situation. In the case of a replacement or refund, the defective item will need to be returned. Our goal is to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. If you have any questions about a specific payment method, feel free to contact us.
